The large living/kitchen/dining room has double doors onto the terrace. The dining table seats 6 people. A highchair is available on request.  The living area has two sofas and a coffee table around the log burner.  There is a DVD player and TV with freesat box (showing English programmes). The well equipped corner kitchen includes a full range of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, electric kettle, toaster and coffee-maker with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob/extractor and a small dishwasher.

The double bedroom on the ground floor has french windows leading out to the rear of the gite.  A further ground floor bedroom with single bunk beds is accessed from the living room. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning. All rooms have storage and offer light bright accommodation.  A cot or a folding bed can be provided to make the accommodation more flexible for families.

The ground floor bathroom is adjacent to the double bedroom and has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The first floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The back of the gite leads to a small shared area with play equipment for young children. It is also a very short stroll to the shared swimming pool.
